Return an Online Order

 
To return a product purchased on SamsClub.com, you can take it to your club, ship it back, or contact us with your order number.
 
Bring it in:  For a faster return, take the item to any Sam's Club to get an immediate refund. Sorry, exchanges for online items are not available.
 
Ship it back (for online items only):  Fill out the Returns from in your Order History under My Account. Print the return label, attach it to the package and send.
 
Contact us:  Call, chat or email us, and we can assist you.
 
 
Ship back an item:
 
1. Click your Order History under My Account. You will be asked to sign in.
 
2. Once you find your order, click View Details to the right of the page.
 
3. Click Return item and follow the instructions.
 
4. We'll email you a return label and process your refund within 5-7 business days. It can take longer since the refund happens after the item is received at our return center(s).
  • Some products may be offered with their own return policy, exceptions, requirements and/or restrictions. Exceptions will be noted on the product item page and during checkout.

  • Sam's Club may limit or refuse requests for exchanges or refunds in the event of a local, regional or national emergency, fraud, abuse of privileges, or violations of these Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions, as determined in Sam's Club's sole discretion. In the case of fraud or abuse of privileges, Sam's Club may reverse the amount originally refunded or recharge the amount originally refunded.
